Wednesday, December 9, 2020 - 80% Cab Sauv./10% Cab Franc/10% Merlot. Big and dark with red/black cherry and blackberry fruit. Nice texture of cedar, leather, cigar box, and black licorice. At 12 years of age, tannins have softened a bit at this point but still has a long finish. Good drinking window right now, wouldn't wait too many more years on it.
