Thursday, December 17, 2020 - Aging gracefully. Still lots of blackberry fruit but it’s draped with a velvety tannin glove, perfume and spice. Still sweetish fruit on the finish, it clocks in at 15.2 but you wouldn’t know it if you didn’t look at the label. Still a lot of chalk, not sure if it will fully resolve. Very tasty right now.
