Friday, December 18, 2020 - What a roller coaster with this wine! Opened it and it was totally corked. Having nothing to lose, I threw some food wrapping film in the bottle and waited 3 days. As skeptical as I was, it totally worked to remove the TCA.
Wine was still primary, very Cotat-esque. Hint of medecinal licorice, lime and lemon notes with chalk. Med body, intense but lifted by good acidity. Supple and round, really easy to drink.
