Tuesday, December 22, 2020 - Pale yellow, tinge of green. Nose has yeasty pie crust, quince, pear, lemon zest, and mineral. Palate is similar, along with apple and honey suckle. Some viscosity in mouthfeel, moderate finish. Well constructed, elegant and focused wine. I prefer on its own.

Wouldn’t recommend with food. Night 1 had with a chicken pot pie that easily overpowered the wine.
