Thursday, December 24, 2020 - The Blue Ox 2018 Let's Get Lost Blanc de Blanc was completely impressive. The wine was crisp, nice light color with lots of acidity but it didn't taste sharp, but just fresh. So clean on the palate with beautiful citrus and grapefruit. Not a yeasty bready wine but more on the crisp and fresh style. It is one of the very top sparkling wine experiences for us. Just a beauty. Great refreshing wine. I also like the closure with no shiny foil but more of home spun sensibility with just the wire. What a nice wine to drink.
