Friday, December 25, 2020 - Garnet colored, medium legs and light sediment in the bottle. Smells lightly of mint, plum, blackberry, blueberry and vitamin. Tastes of berry, slight black pepper and red currant. Has a medium body and a satin-like texture; finishes short but pleasantly. Bold with low acidity, would go great with red meat, particularly with salty flesh. Allow it to get to room temp and decant for an hour to two hours.
