Thursday, December 24, 2020 - Is there such a thing as a bad Brunello? Certainly not with this bottle. Only 16 years old and it’s still young yet balanced slightly dry but has flavor and pairs well. Tonight we had truffle pasta with sausage. Also an assortment of cheeses.
Pulled from the cellar and opened it was good at the get go.
24 hours later still young and powerful. This confirms my suspicion of decades this wine can be stored.
