Deep, bright ruby/purple. No signs of thinning. Earthy nose of dark fruits, bramble, earthy. Fruit forward in a very Aussie way...blackberry, blue fruits, baking spice, prunes and fig. I would note the prune notes are likely more of a feature than a bug...:) Full body, medium finish.

Started to fade a bit around 90 minutes in. Has held up since last tasting, only the fade suggests the age at this point. Will go for a while, lots of life left. Guessing it will be at its best in next 5 years. My girls liked it, but the style is very distinct and not for everyone...
