Saturday, October 3, 2020 - Decanted off light sediment. Mature color - medium deep red with distinctive tawny hue. Closed nose - sandlewood, freshly ground coffee beans, Grenache red fruits, spice. Medium intensity nose. Palate is refined in texture and offers subtle fruit flavors, spice and light earthiness. Delicate by CNP standards and moderately complex, at peak where it should hold another 1-2 years.
