1/3/2021 10:47:00 AM - I opened this bottle on NYE, but this is almost as good today (three days later). The funk I commented on has disappeared and we’re left with earthy cherry fruit on the nose.
I know some folks seem to be worried about the heat/ripeness of this vintage, but I haven’t tried anything yet that seems overdone, and even after three days this comes across as balanced and classic Chianti.
