Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Thanks Nate and Michelle for a delicious champagne. Tons of tiny bubbles and medium golden yellow. Well rounded nose with a hint of butter, apples, mango and light minerality. Medium acidity (6/10) with a medium body. Lengthy finish with a crisp palate, apples and gravel. Drink till 2028.
