Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Decanted for an hour and paired with a beautiful filet and creamed spinach. Lots of fruit, but more subtle than I expected with a long finish. Got better over the course of dinner as it opened further. Savored the last glass for quite a while. Have more of these in my cellar for the years ahead. Can’t wait. Delicious.
