Friday, January 1, 2021 - Note that this bottle is under screwcap.

Ripe peach, orange blossom, lychee, rock candy, thyme, and wet rocks on the nose. The palate is intense and concentrated, full of fresh yellow peach and orange citrus fruits, with zesty acidity with some herbal tones on the finish. Delicious juice, which I’m sure will age gracefully.
