Sunday, January 3, 2021 - Drank over three hours. Ripe cherry and cranberry, but with a bit of barnyard overlaid, which, for my palate, added to the complexity and intrigue. Fine tannins and a nice acid backbone. Drinking very well but no signs of decline. Paired really well with roast duck.
