Monday, January 4, 2021 - The wine was clear and ruby at the core and lighter at the rim.The viscosity was high and alcohol was 14.5 %.
On the nose the intensity was medium and the aromas were of prune, hard candy custard and overripe cherry.
On the palate I tasted cherry, bacon fat, white pepper and green pepper. Th tannins and aid were medium and the alcohol high. It was chewy , complex, smooth and had a long finish. For 12 Canadian this was a great buy.

The main grape was Grenache.
