Thursday, January 7, 2021 - Really good, but probably much too young. Fascinating aromas of sesame oil, black truffles, brown leaves, mint, and cherries. But on the palate, it presents mostly as cherries and strawberries, which is disappointing (to my tastes at least). I suspect that lots more bottle age will correct for this.
