Tuesday, January 12, 2021 - I gave this 2 hours out of the bottle to breathe. Had during and after dinner. Better after dinner not paired with anything. An incredibly dense, concentrated, polished wine with sour cherry notes and a long finish. Perfect acidity level (not elevated).
