Sunday, January 17, 2021 - This is a really good sauvignon blanc. Lovely pale yellow in color with a huge aroma of pear, peach, apricot and ocean air. Flavors of peach, faint lemon and super minerality that lasts. Acidity is well meshed with a generally smooth body. A simple wine which was perfect with chicken.

    1/19/2021 4:13:00 PM - I suspect, from your description, that you made the same error I did when I recorded my purchase of this wine. You have posted under the Rouge version of this wine, which is a pinot noir. I suspect you are drinking the Domaine Dominique et Janine Crochet Sancerre, without the "rouge". Don
