Saturday, January 23, 2021 - Decant and pour. Intoxicating nose of spice and herb garden with violets, black and purple fruit and bramble berry. Palate is weighty and full with deep black fruit and layered herbs and Vosne spice on a solid core of mineral driven acidity. A fun drink now, but this is built for significant bottle time.
