Saturday, January 23, 2021 - Obviously still very young. Meaty wine here even with a decant. Black cherry, blackberry, dark plum, and blueberry fruit. Creamy texture and very extracted. Notes of earth, graphite, black licorice, dark chocolate. Long finish...just needs time. My understanding is that this vintage was the last as this fruit will now be going into the Oubile Cuvee.
