Saturday, January 30, 2021 - Lovely bright ruby color. Nose of wet earth, red petals. Smooth lush palate with no gritty tannins which I usually encounter with NSG, wholesome full mouthfeel of red cherries, blood meat animal sauvage fruit which was intriguing. Not hot despite 14% alcohol. Very enjoyable!
