Tuesday, February 2, 2021 - Paso meets Sonoma! This cab drinks a lot more like a Sonoma cab then a Paso cab. Layers of fruit with a mild tannic finish. At this price point I would almost prefer the mid priced Alexander Valley cabs, but this is a great effort from a Paso winemaker to do something different. The Hungarian and French aging definitely make this a strong contender.
