Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - The wine looks yellow colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like apple, banana, passion fruit, tarragon, bell pepper and a bit bready. It tastes slightly of bread and butter with a bit of a creamy feel, grapefruit, apple, lychee, lemongrass and bit of minerality on the finish. The body is light/medium. The wine has a polished texture. The wine finishes medium and has low acidity & tannins. Served ice cold. As it warmed up in the glass, the green notes come out in the fragrance and the taste mellowed.
