Monday, February 15, 2021 - Wonderful, paired with linguini and red meat sauce. Aroma of tobacco, leather, clove, black cherry. Nice tannic structure that continued to grow smoother during the meal. Opened for 30 minutes prior to tasting, was great at the start and only got better.
