Tuesday, February 16, 2021 - Loire dinner. Stared discrete with apricot, mango, passion fruit. Not very sweet, which makes this a versatile food wine still. Very good length and overall quality - no surprise as Huet is one of the best names of Loire - but my sweet spot with Huet is the Moelleux.
