Tuesday, February 16, 2021 - Dark garnet with no bricking. Dried red fruits (currant, raspberry), dusty cherry, cedar and iron shavings on the nose; dried red fruits on the palate. Medium bodied with great, food-friendly tannins and acidity. Falls off on the back of the palate and finish, but who cares - really in a great place at the moment, and went well with a terrific Parmesan-cream sauce. Delicious.
