Sunday, February 14, 2021 - Opened for a couple of hours, drank from a magnum. The body is medium plus, doesn’t smell too much, the palate is flat, high in acidity and alcohol. Placed in the decanter to see if it improve and did not. At least for the next 2 hours it stayed in a drinkable stage. The very last sip was excellent but I’m not sure if it was a mental state or it reached its oxidation peak point….
