Thursday, February 18, 2021 - On the nose, woody, cedar, mushrooms, stewed black fruit.
On the palate nice black fruit. A bit tight but still approachable with an hour of decanting.
Really nice fresh acidity means this can be put away for a decade plus. I would wait at least 2-3
