Monday, February 15, 2021 - Not happy with this wine. Other CTs think it is ok to drink but I will leave it until 2024. Not much to recommend it at present.

2/21/2021 2:53:00 PM - A lot of CellarTrackers don’t have cellars and purchase wine from Winebid.com etc that someone else has stored. I purchased mine on commercial release in 2007 and have cellared it since. Provenance is huge when consuming wines (especially Burgundy and Bordeaux) that have been left to develop. Lots of wines on websites haven’t been properly celllared.

3/7/2021 5:18:00 PM - I had a bottle at La Trompette a couple of years ago and it felt a bit dense/monolithic. I'me going to wait on my remaining bottles for quite some time.
