Friday, February 26, 2021 - This is a day two score. Upon opening, I thought this wine was pretty non descript. It’s nose wasn’t expressive, and the mid palate and finish was blah. Today, it’s much better, with nose and palate of pear, and apple, and some honey. It’s much rounder and more food diverse on day two. Rating is day two, and I’ll grab three more of these and age them a couple years to release this wines potential and get it close to the WE 93 score.
