Friday, February 26, 2021 - A class act Muscadet. Limestone and crushed granite with a tidepool salinity and bite of lime zest at the end. This has a faint but persistent framework of minerality with citrus notes peeking in and out. A subtle but long finish. Leans to the austere, but far from a patio oyster vacation chilled glass side note. Perfect pairing with a shrimp and langoustine risotto with a touch of chopped tomato.
