Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Event #1: Where in the World is Carmenere Sandiego? (Ciao Baci): More body as one would expect from a BdN, and also more texture brought on by bottle age. Slightly less aggressive mousse than the BdB.

3/11/2021 9:13:00 AM - My tasting note from this dinner: Round with a rich, almost unctuous mouthfeel. Notes of red apple skins, subtle satay spices, and, of course, yeast on the nose. On the palate, raspberry, caramel, and orange water are evident.
