Sunday, March 7, 2021 - Decanted 4 hours on day 1. Black licorice and sweet vermouth on the nose, with blue/black fruits and minerality on the palate. Finish went on for what seemed like days. Showed even better on Day 2. In a great place at 11 years old and probably has several more left to go.
