Tuesday, March 9, 2021 - Popped and poured at room temp. Pencil shavings, plums, white pepper and oregano on the nose. Nice balance of savory red fruit, herbes de Provence and a splash of acidity on the finish. Not a blockbuster, but a very good Tuesday night wine. No idea on aging potential.
