Monday, March 15, 2021 - Has come a long way since I last tasted almost 3 years ago. Sour notes dissipated and backbone still very present. In a really nice place. Now with darker red fruit, touch of barnyard, and present but mellowed tannins. Probable will be in this secondary phase for 3-5 years.
