Wednesday, March 17, 2021 - This is one of those wines that elevates the whole category of Argentinian Malbec. Popped and poured, but after about 30 minutes, this wine began to evolve in the glass. Mainly plum, blackberry, and baking spice on the nose. Medium-bodied palate. Great with food because it has a very nice acidity backbone. The tannins are very soft and on the sides of the tongue. The wine finishes long, with cherry and good acidity.
