Wednesday, March 24, 2021 - Incredibly aromatic nose of brine, liquid stones, graphite, iron fillings, and black currant. On the palate the fruits are still present, but the savory elements dominate and are wonderfully expressive. Still very tannic with a mouth puckering finish.
