Sunday, March 28, 2021 - Decanted for ten hours, drunk out of Zalto Burgundy glass. Ripe syrah nose with pepper and bacon. Big, smooth and surprisingly fresh taste with a certain coolness. Impressive and not over the top despite 15% alcohol.
