Monday, March 29, 2021 - Consumed last night with grilled rack of lamb. It's got classic, pure Syrah character unmarked by new oak and other treatments. Just a hint of meatiness but mostly just brawny blue fruits with some residual tannins. Quite a lot of sediment thrown.
