Wednesday, March 31, 2021 - Green tinged pale.
Saline, samphire flats, seaside nose with hints of apple and pear.
The palate initially quite an explosive mix of mirabelle, pineapple, guava, peach, filling every crevice of the mouth, but within an hour develops into more of a steely, mineral wine, quite oily textured. At 4 hours open continues to develop, complex pear, aniseed, florals.
Delightful but young.
