Sunday, April 4, 2021 - Notes of black raspberry, spice, and light earthy nose. Palates shows the raspberry again with hints of plum (after sitting open, red cherry appears), hint of nuttiness, touch of herb and oak spice, just enough earthiness to make it interesting. Still drinking well but can see this dropping off dramatically. Drink now.
