Saturday, April 3, 2021 - Needed some time for the aromas to really come through. Pencil shavings, graphite, some smoke, and somewhere in the background was cassis and black fruits. Had to work hard to detect the fruit. Palate was still reasonably fresh. Not particularly tannic right now, and the fruit was perhaps just a tad too thin for my liking. Not sure where this is going from now.
