Tuesday, April 13, 2021 - Way too young, but showing some of its promise; the nose is still very open with minimal air; there is certainly some noticeable oak, but not overly obtrusive; underlying ripe dark fruits and lovely floral scents, and just a tiny hint of game meat. The palate has great concentration and balance and should develop very nicely; needs probably 5-10 years to absorb all of the oak and develop some more complexity, but its a very classy wine.
