Sunday, April 18, 2021 - A previous review noted that their bottle had fermented again. That may be the case here as well. When the cork was pulled there was a subtle, but noticeable, pop. I poured the wine into a decanter and halfway through noticed there was about 1/4” head of foam on it and it was fizzing vigorously. As I write this 10 minutes after pouring there is a continuous production of CO2. It looks like it’s fermenting now. Taste is like carbonated grape juice. It’s a throw away.
