Monday, April 19, 2021 - Very dark Ruby fading to dark pink. On the nose, blueberry and dark cherry dominate, with tobacco and old leather in the background. Very full-bodied with big, grippy tannins on the gumbs. Flavor follows nose with the addition of some mineral and medium acidity. After 30 minutes, a vegetal flavor (green pepper?) emerged. Medium-longg aftertaste. Very rustic. Drink now or hold another 5 years.
