Tuesday, April 20, 2021 - Tropical nose. Honeyed with a light texture. The short finish begs for more generosity with this bone dry style. Not much fun but mineral wine lovers will enjoy this. I prefer a dash of residual sugar to plump up my Rieslings. This is a stick insect.... Drink my last bottle in 5 years??
