Wednesday, April 28, 2021 - Tomato leaves. Organic prunes and cherries. Very faint hint of VAs that does not bother. Meaty notes that resembles a bit like a salami.

Very good minerality and this is quite the natural and pure style.

Second round: a lot of VAs on palate, horse sweat, very little if any significant left at this point. 93 points.
