Saturday, April 24, 2021 - Great Dinner April 2021: Bottle breathe for 1.5 hours. Another 1.5 hours at dinner place and double decant before serving. Surprisingly not easy to open compared to Amoureuses and Lat Chambertin 2013 of the same Domaine. Opening up after another 30-40 min in the glass. Complex nose with wood, red fruit. You could feel the tannin here but also the complexity in the palate. Medium finishing. I would tend to try this 5 years from now.
