Friday, May 7, 2021 - Mm, really delicious. A lively bright light gold colour. Elegant nose of grapefruit, white flowers, orange zest. This all follows through onto the palate, which has a powerful acidic backbone but still seems somewhat relaxed. Drinking well, with plenty of time ahead of it.
