Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Hated it. Hope it wasn’t a faulty bottle but you never know with these natural wines. Oxidative and yeasty in the worst possible way. As far away from the Alsatian Riesling paradigm as you could possibly imagine. Hugely disappointing.
